Class Descriptions

Basic Level I
Increase flexibility and strength building class for beginning and continuing (ongoing) students. Use of props and modifications taught and encouraged throughout class. Introduction of seated poses, forward bends and standing poses.

Restorative Yoga
Learning to relax is at the heart of living well. This class will consist of gentle flexibility exercises followed by a sequencing of supported yoga postures and breathing techniques to heal the effects of stress. This class is especially good during the holiday season. Please bring 2-3 extra blankets or large towel and an eye pillow to class.

Variety Yoga
Depending on the students abilities, we will experience different styles of yoga, Iyenger, vinyasa flow, anusara or partner yoga.
